Big News

The hint of fall in the air and the remaining bounty of our summer garden has inspired us.
Beginning this Thursday, September 18 we will have store hours so you can stop in and pick up some Real Food.

Building and expanding on our sucess at Farmer's Market we will have a variety of Soups, Stews, Salads, Sandwiches and Sweets.

Because our space is so small we are focusing on ready to eat, carry-out (that means hot soup!) Our planned hours are 11 AM to 2PM Monday through Friday.

The menu will be ever changing, fresh, and affordable. This week we're making use of the last corn, tomatoes and peaches. We'll also be introducing the Vietnamese sandwich that took over New York City this summer.

We're very excited about this evolution of Real Food. We will continue to offer all of our catering services and custom baking.

This is what's called a "soft opening" in the biz. No advertising, no marching bands or ribbon cuttings. We may have a few kinks to work through at first and we'll appreciate your feedback.
